There has been some negative feedback on this site, however I feel my experience has gone above and beyond. From the moment I walked into the dealership on Montreal road, I was treated first class. After being introduced to the salesman I was immediatly put at ease throughout the entire purchasing experience. At no time did I feel any pressure. He took the time to ensure I understood all features and various options for my vehicle. Furthermore, I was also introduced to the Service Advisors who made me feel confident in the knowledge I could call upon them with any questions or concerns. As it turned out, something did go wrong within the first year of owning the car, as my vehicle was struck in a parking lot. I immediately called Mark Motors who directed me to the bodyshop manager. I was promptly provided with a rental car. When I brought my car to the bodyshop, an appraisal was done and faxed to my insurance the very next day and was assured by Mark Motors not to be concerned, that all would be taken care of. Not only did the car look incredible when I got it back, but I was thoroughly impressed by how efficiently the job was completed. Every time I bring my car in for service, I am treated with the utmost respect and it is clearly evident everyone there prides themselves on Customer Service. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who wants a beautiful car and the beautiful experience that comes with it. Just another Satisfied customer
