I had a domino pizza sign fly off a delivery car and hit the front passenger side of my S6 on the highway, took it to the new location and bodyshop and its now been over a f@@king month since i brought it in. Slow and not organized. First and last time ever dealing with them. The horrible reputation i have been hearing preceeds them. �

After 3 years of owning a Porsche Boxster, Mark Motors has been great. I do some work on the car myself and the parts department is amazing...thanks guys for being there for me. They don't just sell parts, they also provide advice on what parts you should include in your job. Marks Motors prices for tires is on par with the best prices you'll find out there and you know the installation is done right...give them a chance next time you need tires. The times I've used the service department, they've been great. I've actually been able to talk to a real mechanic! And lastly, unfortunately I've had to use their body shop last year after being rear ended by an SUV. Andreas works wonders! They did an amazing job! Best body shop in Ottawa, hands down!!! So far, I'm very impressed!

Costumer service is beyond horrible. I live in Stittsville and right now I don't have the means or the time to get to the dealership so I ask questions on Facebook page, do you think I ever get a reply, NO! Even at the Auto Show, they were kinda snarky, almost like talking down to me as if I knew nothing and I couldn't afford a Porsche because of my speech issue (I have a learning disability) FOR SHAME!!

Been to Mark Motors Porsche looking to buy either a Cayman or Boxster, waited in the show room for roughly 20-25 mins just for a sales person to come see me, after being shown the inventory, sales person said they would email me financing and leasing payments for the select cars I had chosen, however, I never received any emails or any contacts from the dealer.

Great service from there on July, 8th 2016. They serve the customers with passion and a desire to satisfy all the customers' needs and wants. I happened to pop a tire on my way to Ottawa from Toronto and I ended up towing my Porsche to the dealership after hours. Without any questionings, they change a brand new tire for me after they were close. Shout out to Eric that made this accident to a happy conclusion and able to let me drive back in time to make to my meeting. Definitely a well-respected dealership!
