Alden was a very pleasant saleman to work with, would definately return if we would purchase another vehicle and will refer.

Alden was a great saleman, always returned texts even after hours! Very knowledgeable of the truck we bought, had great patience working with us. We never felt rushed with making any decisions. He was very professional! Will definately refer any family or friends that might be looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks Alden for the great job you have done!

Jason was great to deal with. He did not try to "sell" me on the car. He presented facts on the car, the purchase and delivery very clearly and let me make my own decision. There was no pressure to make a deal at all. Left me with very few questions to ask - he answered them before I had a chance to ask. He was also able to get me close to what I wanted for trade-in value. My requests and expectations were definitely met.

As a first time buyer I was scared and hesitant to buy from a dealership. Luckily the Allen and Ben at SMP were great to me and made it a smooth comfortable process. Didnt force me into a dealba deal I didn't want. It was a great first time experience!

Just go back from trying to get my heater fixed. Not very pleased with the service at SMP. They had no fix for why my heater fan would no work yesterday (-28) on my 2014 Silverado so there was no problem. Seems reasonable????? Bought the truck in March 2014 and it has been in the shop several times now for different GM problems. What a piece.

David, I believe you misunderstood us. We meant that we detected no problem yesterday when you brought it to us. The vehicles heat seemed to be working fine, unfortunately we can't fix it if it seemed to be working when you brought it to us. We know it's never a fun experience when something goes wrong with your vehicle and we are sorry it happened to you.
