New 2014 Civic LX

Rob and Lee treated me like a king. I'm a picky shopper and I ask a lot of questions and I never felt like I was asking dumb questions and always got an answer that I could understand. Weather this is your first Honda or not, have confidence in these guys.

Jason was well-informed about the 2012 Honda I purchased. He shared the experience his own mom had when she acquired the same vehicle. The service was very courteous and I was given fair compensation on my trade-on. The car was delivered super clean and promptly on the day booked, Jason was so right by saying, and I quote "Lisa, you are going to love this car."

I drove a 2013 Honda Civic. After being in an accident, my car was a complete write off. I went back to Palladino Honda and explained my situation. I decided then to purchase the 2015 Civic. Cody, my sales representative, offered me a demo vehicle to drive until my new vehicle came in so I would not be without transportation. I couldn't have asked for better service. Very impressed with the Palladino Honda team. I will not hesitate to return to Palladino when purchasing my next vehicle.

This was a great purchase and the sales person, Nick was fantastic. I would caution the sales of the extras (warranties, rust protection, insurance...) as this was a little off putting. Overall a good experience.
