This was a great purchase and the sales person, Nick was fantastic. I would caution the sales of the extras (warranties, rust protection, insurance...) as this was a little off putting. Overall a good experience.

The person at the counter was very helpful. When I told her I needed to leave by a certain time to make it to a meeting she did everything to make sure the car was ready. She even had them drive the car to the front so I could just jump in and go. it was very much appreciated!

At the counter, the gentleman (far left) initially thought my appointment had been changed to another day. However, when I pointed out that I'd received a voice-message confirming my appointment the night before, he quickly carried on with making sure I was added to the service list. They were very busy that morning, and put on an extra vehicle to shuttle customers to work... much appreciated.

No issues with Service Department, but dissapointed that Rear Brakes on Ridgeline did not last longer than 46000 Km's.

We chose to drive 4 hours to this dealership because of the great service in the past and available vehicles we were interested in. Can't say enough about this dealership. I just wish we lived closer so that we could bring our Pilot there for service. Thanks to Rob Rouleau, Scott Bouchard, Cole Julien, Kyle and Cody and those whom we met or did not get to meet but were responsible for getting the vehicle ready for us during our visit.
