The Service Representative was prompt and courtesy. I waited for the quote and he was thorough with his explanation and I understood was needed for my vehicle and how much time required to complete the job. I needed a ride to my appointment and he ensured the shuttle was ready to take me, but forgot to give my cellphone number to the driver, he called my home number upon pick up received my message upon my arrival home two hours later. ( I live on Manitoulin) Overall, I was happy with the service, Miigwech

We had two recalls on our Honda Odyssey. We live 2.5 hrs away and were greeted in a very friendly fashion. Because we live far away and had to drive back home, arrangements were made for pick up and drop off at the location of our choice. I also received a telephone call prior to having additional repairs done which was great! We have always received excellent service from Palladino Honda!

Palladino always makes the wait easy, they have a small lougne with refreshments. If your wait time is going to be longer, they offer a shuttle and pick up service. Cant complain about that!!

I had a schedule b service. It was a good experience, but I waited and it was really long. Over the time estimated and expensive. I know that is what it costs for maintenance, but I still found it expensive.
