Perfect.... as usual!

We started dealing with Andrew when we purchased our first CRV in 2002. We are now enjoying our fourth - a 2015 CRV Touring. Andrew is enthusiastic (without being pushy... a very important and appreciated attribute), knowledgeable, efficient, and amazingly helpful. He reviewed our current lease, discussed an equal model transition, and then pointed out the features in the other models. He helped with price comparisons and shared other information that helped with our decision. Honda, and Palladino Honda, are fortunate to have Andrew. Aside from the fact that we truly enjoy our "Honda," our decision to continue to purchase this product is, in part, based on the service we continue to receive. The Service Staff also continue to provide friendly, client-oriented assistance. The custumer-centred focus at Honda is as impressive as the product itself.

Made a call to Kyle told him what I needed and would like to have ..with in minutes he knew what would work for me and keep my cost down ...I love how he will check up to see how I like the CRV.....I believe he went out of his way to help me out with the plates..

Very helpful and friendly staff made my experience much easier and inviting my salesman Kyle was excellent, very friendly and helpful with answering questions and even giving me courtesy calls keeping me posted along the process and I would deal with him again and Nadine was great with dealing with all the paper work and answered every question I had overall very pleasant experience thank you again guys

The change of my tires and oil change as usual was good. Dan also took time to review with me what services would be necessary for the spring tire change in order to budget for. I enjoy dealing with Dan.

My car was serviced immediately and very quickly. I was told that my wait time would be about 45 minutes but my car was ready in less than 20 minutes. Very fast and friendly service. Thank you!
