Was in for a B inspection and found the brakes needed tending to and they informed me before moving ahead. Also a couple of other key maintenance requirements suggested. Overall great service.

From Helen who answers the phone to Dawn who took my phone call and helped me figure how to get a new key for my car (since I misplaced mine) and informed me that my car had several recalls, and finally to Brooke who kept in touch with me while my car was being worked on; everyone was very understanding and helpful. Kara was wonderful when I arrived to pick up my car looking after me since Brooke was busy at the time. This is the second time I have been to Pallidino Honda and both times the service was outstanding! Thank you so much.

I've been a Honda customer since the year 2000 or 2001. It has always been and continues to be a very good experience. Honda product is reliable and sturdy. Staff throughout the different departments have always been a pleasure to deal with. When I have had concerns, they've been patient and empathic...just love Honda!

Seeing as the SRS light was on and I was at your Dealership for the free Passenger Airbag repair/replace ? And you were in possession of my car for six hours, and then driving home and discovering that the Airbag cover did not fit right and a corner of the Bag was sticking out of the right hand corner, I would not rate that as good service. I turned to my son, a Mechanic for help, being 85 and a woman, I doubted you would believe me, if I complained, so he called you from Edmonton and I now have to be without my Vehicle again for some hours, again an inconvenience to me and lost wages to your business, for service which should have been done right the first time, it's not a good way to serve your Customers. Our fourth Honda purchase . Sales personnel tops. IService very good although a bit pricy . Nevertheless ,I always leave feeling comfortable that I am driving a superior,trustworthy vehicle .

Regular oil change along with transmission flush n fill air filter and wiper blades changed. Thank you for the free winter tires installation and I was happy about the recall on the rear upper control arms that was done at the same time. I later noticed that the power steering fluid wasn't topped up and I was told to stop in to pick up a bottle of fluid. Thank you.
