The service representative was very friendly and professional. Free hot or cold beverages were available for anyone waiting, and a shuttle service was ready to take a person to and from a destination during the vehicle service.

Great knowledgeable sales person, was committed to offering me the best possible experience and finding the best car for my needs. My only complaint was that I was sold the car with 2 sets of keys, I later found out that one of the keys did not work and no one was willing to fix this issue

It was a routine visite for oil change and tire rotation,as well as installing winter tires. During the visit, the technicians noticed that new wipers were needed. These were changed. I

Experience was okay but in order to offer up some suggestions: - bearing issue brought up during making of appointment so the fact that it was out of stock a few days later requiring a return visit was avoidable. - bearing job quoted as 1hr and was 2hr. Job common enough to be more certain. - mechanic inspection sheet has small inaccuracies ie lights working but fog light are not. Last time brakes marked ok but park brake not working optima telly last time as 6 months later not working at all needing a calliper replacement. Precision gives the impression that a thorough service was done. - FYI two separate survey invitations sent this time. - prior to booking reminders are sent by email, mail, and a call to my cell phone more that once. Slightly excessive.

After an initial meeting and understanding of what we were looking for, Rob helped match what was most important to us with a product that was most suitable.
