Brought in for three things, oil change, rattle in passenger side rear door and because the van is jerky when it shifts into and out of the Eco mode. Couldn't find rattle and didn't find why it jerks. 1 for 3 is not a good average

My appointment was made quickly following the reminder email. I was received almost immediately and the work order was ready for me to check what was to be done. When I returned to get my CRV back, Dan was ready to explain the statement of what had been done and was very friendly and courteous through all our exchanges. I am well pleased with my contacts with Palladino Honda. I have had a series of Hondas from Palladino for over 20 years and have always been pleased.

Frustrated

Every thing was fine except that my audio was off when I got my car back en route to my home and I didn't understand what I had to do to return it to its normal format. I tried calling about it (I pulled over to the side of a street) but some how I did not communicated the problem correctly so had to return to Palladino for help. It was a very simple fix which Stephanie very nicely took care of for me . It would have been less frustrating if the car audio had been restored to its original position and then I would not have had to return to the dealership. Palladino Honda has always been excellent but this one event was disappointing for me.

This was the first service interval for my car. the job was completed on time and I was able to finish several errands while in town. The technician was also able to reprogram the door locks to open when I stopped. I had tried several times to follow the the manual instructions with out success. Service is what I hoped I would get from purchasing a Honda so far so good.
