I always use the shuttle service and really appreciate the nice drivers, clean vehicles & timely pick ups & drop offs. This was the first time I dealt with Kara, and would have no problem dealing with her in the future. She managed a few extra requests for me, & kept me informed throughout the process.

I get my car serviced and repairs done only at Honda. It would be nice if service people would make an effort to know their customers by name, since I have given Honda a lot of business. It always hurts my bank account to pay for repairs etc. but I always hope that the mechanics are professional and pay attention to detail.
