I was helped by several people, sales, finance, and someone explained the warranty. Patrick was friendly, and he kept me informed of the schedule as I went through the procedure of picking up my car. I would however, like to have a second key as only one was provided. I think this is because I bought a used car and the customer only left one.

We had a fantastic experience at Palladino Honda. From the moment we drove onto the lot, we were treated amazingly. Jayson Ball, our sales consultant, walked out and greeted us immediately. He took into consideration our wants and needs and helped us find the vehicle that best suited it. Jayson took us on a great test drive to highlight all of the assets of the Honda CRV. At all times, we felt taken care of, even down to the little details of how many sets of keys that we wanted for the vehicle. We recommend Jayson to everyone we know!!!

Started off fine, he a extremely young rep who didn't really seem to know what was going on but no big deal - tried to sell us the camera system as a blind spot camera, when it is clearly a parallel parking aid - camera only on passenger side Paid an extra $615 for the worst remote start system in the world, could not find a crappier one or one more expensive online (yes I read the manual and know how to work it - cannot believe someone allowed this onto the market) plus remote starter looks like its from an Atari video game system (looks like 90's technology) Waited 2-3 weeks for installation of it, had to call cause no one contacted us Had to call ourselves or we wouldn't have had a follow up even though we already paid for it requested a second remote starter originally did not receive it, when I mentioned we needed a second to go with the second set of keys, the girls called my rep over. He said he never heard me request a second remote and that they are backorder while the service guys laughed at the request. He handed me a card for another gentleman said it would be another $90 and took off. It was the last time I was there

I currently own a Civic and Accord that I bought at Palladino Honda. I took the Civic to get winter tires installed at a well known Auto/Retail store. They told me the tie rod had enough play on it that it was dangerous to drive and quoted $300 to fix it and wanted to keep the car overnight. I had to sign that I had been "warned". I drove the car home and Dawn at Palladino Honda arranged for an appointment first thing the next morning. The mechanic said that the part was nowhere near dangerous. I'm glad I got a second opinion. Thanks to Dawn and Honda Service Department.
