When I brought the vehicle in, I mentioned that I had problems with the doors freezing. Same thing happened last year and I was told that you folks would put "silicone" I think was the term you used on the doors. Clearly whatever happened, did not last. I have had problems with the windows freezing at times last year (and this year). Looking for a solution that is not for one season only.

I brought my car in to have my winter tires put on and get the oil changed. I had same day service within a few hours and they even made sure to top up my fluids. They answered all of my questions and even took care of looking into things I had forgot to mention. Excellent service.

I received my regular service. I had an issue with having to go out of town and the dealership accommodated me by holding onto my vehicle for a day which I really appreciated.
