My new bathtub and shower was installed on November 3rd. The job also included trimming out a new window that I had installed that morning. Plumbing had to be replaced as well. Richard worked non-stop from 10 until 4:30, except for the 5 minutes we made him stop to take a few sips of a Tim Horton's coffee. He was very professional and courteous. I was very impressed with the care he took to keep my home clean. Mats down from the door to the bathroom. I was also very impressed with his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Bath Fitters and Richard to anyone who is looking for this type of work to be done.

From the consult to installation to follow up Bath Fitter was amazing. Great service and quality product. They got the job done in less than a day and left the workspace very clean.

Installation of very good quality bathtub,, wall unit and accessories. Very pleased with every aspect of the purchase. Mark was very helpful, thorough and pleasant, the same applies to Chris who made the installation. Excellent service, excellent product. The estimate process was simple and straightforward and they delivered exactly what we were quoted. The installer was friendly and did an excellent job. We LOVE our new bath and shower and feel it has added value to our home.

to much for money for work that was done period

for the amount of money paid to get our bathroom fixed we feel we definitely overpaid for the work that was done all repairs were done by me not bathfitters wished I had of finished it myself sorry but that's the way it turned out way to much money for the work that was done

They arrived on time as indicated to me by phone. They stripped the tiles and gyprock off and we have a chance to see that everything look dry. They cleaned the floor and vacuumed the carpet outside the. bathroom. and all the steps. They were finish by 4 pm. We are really enjoying our refurbish bathroom. Thank you.
