I recently upgraded my Hyundai Tucson and I could not be happier with my brand new 2017 Tucson! Everyone was so helpful and went the extra effort to ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase.

It was a great experience doing business with this man. He is awesome. We bought Buick from him and he helped me to pick it. Really happy he helped and I pick nice suv.

Worst dealership in all of Ottawa. I usually read reviews and all the ones I read were bad, but I decided to give then the benefit of the doubt. I should of listened to the reviews. This dealership has nothing but scammers,liars. The service department especially Dan is rude and misinforming. No one likes them and it is for a good reason

When I began looking for a used vehicle I went all over Ottawa looking for quotes and estimates (i.e, Myers, Donnelly and Dilawri). Upon using the online services each one of these dealerships have I received only one call right away from Hyundai on Hunt Club. Kevin called me almost an hour after I inquired about a vehicle. He answered all the questions I had with great detail and went out of his way in attempt to gain business while his competitors used a more technological approach (Using emails to respond instead of picking up the phone). After that effort that Kevin made I have him a chance and test drive the vehicle (after weeks of shopping everywhere). Then at the end of the day Kevin did his absolute best and worked for every request I had a vehicle, which ended in a successful deal. The immaculate customer service experience that Kevin provided gives Hyundai on Hunt Club a incomparable level of what sales should be everywhere. In my opinion Kevin displayed a high level of people skills and sales experience to make a good deal on both sides. HOWEVER, although the experience I had with Kevin was superb. When walking around the building the unprofessionalism that I saw being displayed among the rest of the staff almost made me walk away. I brought my mother into Kevin's sales area and directly behind him, a colleague of Kevin started FaceTimeing an unknown individual, which caused a dialogue of consistent swearing (f*bomb) and diragatory language. It was left up to Kevin to turn around and snap this individual into silence, which should be the case. Hence the three stars for Kevin and his efforts, but the lack of professionalism (front desk, rest of sales team), customer service (apart from Kevin) and warm atmosphere is definitely not at Hyundai Hunt Club Dilawri.
