A1 - amazing service from the beginning to the end

Dealers are Dealers are Dealers, when shopping for a car you either get hustled or you make it out with a deal that is good enough to make you happy and satisfy the dealership. Well I got a car and I don't know about Dilawri, but I managed to get a pretty decent deal. A new car, financed over 8 years to my liking at a price that was actually quite reasonable. Yea I wish I got more perks on my premium Tucson but so far so good. Overall my experience was great, of course I got lost in the numbers game at first but it made sense at the end. Great customer service, a solid team of employees throughout and Shoutout Zarjan for coming through with deals and of course the GM Eli Nassrallah, his manager to make this right at the end as we closed the deal, with added perks to make the experience 10/10. I recommend my friends and family to check out this place and would recommend readers here to do the same. Go with an open mind, discuss the numerous options, Ask questions. The team will come through for you! And Zarjan aka Z-man can help you get what you need at the best possible price.

Zarjan (Z-Man) was exceptional throughout my car buying experience! He was by far the most honest AND the most fun car salesman I've encountered. He's hilarious in all the right ways. He makes you feel comfortable. He keeps his word when he promises you something! Highly recommended! Z-Man is the man!
