Hi Gregory, I'm very confused about your google review. Last time we serviced your vehicle was June 2, 2017 and it was just for a tire swap. They had recommended a couple maintenance services such as air filters and brake flush. I don't know why you would consider this scamming you because we were just ensuring your vehicle maintenance schedule is being followed. I see you also have an appointment with us November 21, 2017 which is upcoming. Although the car purchased from here is fine (so far) the service is awful! As others have said, we were there for an oil change "appointment" at 11am and waited just shy of 2 hours. Why have an appointment time?! We were also talked into the extended warranty based on what we've now learned were false promises. The finance person spoke in a way that gave the impression that certain things were included, but when you try to get said things they in fact, are not. He has a way of talking in circles to make you think one thing. Very deceitful. We were told that seasonal tire changes were included, but showed up only to have them try and charge me. They wouldn't honour it despite two of their staff having told me that it was included and just sent me home. Don't recommend. After the General Manager responded to the above review on Google asking me to call his direct line to chat, I called and left him a voicemail. It has been 8 days since I left the voicemail and he has not bothered to call me back. I have also sent three emails to a service manager with no response. Atrocious customer service. They work hard to get your money, then once the have it they don't give a sh*t about you. Avoid this place!

This dealership is the worst one we have ever dealt with. Oil change where they didn’t put the pan back on properly and my car nearly caught on fire, endless hours spent in the dealership because their call centre doesn’t know what they are doing (at least that’s what they say about them at their own service desk), recalls where they don’t have the parts in stock, the wrong air filters installed, have had new air conditioner, radio and backup camera replaced, etc. Etc. They have never once taken responsibility for their poor service - always blaming their call centre, head office. Service department wait times are ridiculous. I should add that the dealership in Grimsby would receive a 5 star for their customer service. I wish they were getting my money and not this joke of a dealership.

I had a great experience at Hyundai, Hunt Club. My salesman was Edi Vugdalic and the business manager was Adam Fada. They made this experience so enjoyable and easy for me and my family. Edi was very honest with us the first time we step in... full of knowledge and kind. A great guy! I will definitely recommend his service to anyone who need to get a Hyundai.

Absolutely amazing!

I originally went to the Barrhaven Hyundai and got the run around right from the second I went in to the point that I almost went with another car completely! I thought I would give it one more chance and Went to the huntclub location looking for a Tucson for a certain budget with certain needs and that’s exactly what I got! I was initially taken into the care of Adam who was an absolute gem to work with! He helped me get everything set up and approved in minutes! When I went to pick up the car Coder was there to help make sure I got what I ordered and do a walk over of my vehicle and make sure that everything was good to go! they were both such a great help and a beyond happy with my purchase! thanks again guys I really appreciate it!
