Professionalism with human touch is the best way to describe our experience with Henley Honda. From the moment we entered the dealership, we were greeted by a smiling face and within seconds Blair was there to answer and guide our search for CRV Touring. Took them 9 hours to do an oil change. Dropped the car off before 8am, and the car wasn't ready until 5. I don't know why I bothered making an appointment.

Bought my CRV there, and although I negotiated a decent price, but the service afterwards kind of stunk: the business manager Sean skipped appointments and was unprepared. Our contract had numbers different than we agreed to. Their service department is also pretty sketchy, recommending services before the Honda maintenance schedule and not keeping appointments. It shouldn't take four hours for a simple oil change that was pre-scheduled.

From the moment i walked into Henley Honda I felt the warmth and compassion of an amazing business. Brayden Roszi was very helpful and understanding and kind. He listened to my story and helped me find the best car for me and my family . He is an asset to Henley Honda The process from start to finish was flawless . I love my new wheels and look forward to returning to the dealership for service and any new car purchase me and my family need in the future. Thanks Brayden for a job well done
