Long story ahead: When I came in for my complimentary service #1, I forgot to bring my set of lug nuts to replace my wheels. Chris, the service manager LENT me a set of lug nuts for the car from the dealership. He could have simply had the tech not install my other set of wheels, but he went to bat. Not only that, when I got home and found my other set to return to the dealership, I realized my other set was of a unique to the F-Sport, but the other set was regular chrome. I offered to replace it myself there, since I brought my own tools and was only missing a socket, but Chris didn't let me. Chris and Florindo (parts manager) worked like a pit crew and replaced/torqued all the lugs without charge under 5 minutes. Other dealers could have easily just not changed the wheels, and charged me to come back later. Not these guys. The people here went above and beyond what I expected from a dealer, even a luxury brand dealer. Even more so since it's MY mistake, and it's during a pandemic scenario. I even got a free set of Tony Graham's plate covers. Normally I hate those, but I'll keep it on for a dealer that cares.
