I swear to everyone by God that I have nothing to say except that through out my entire life I have been wanting to own a lexus since I drove one... Tony Graham Lexus, Thanh (Sales Consultant), Yan (Sales Consultant), Thomas (General Manager), Shirley (Financial Services Manager), Sheila (Concierge), and David (Sales Manager), all made it happen with easy and exceptional affordability, and with the greatest most giving unprecedented service I have seen, and experienced! I just dropped by and told Thanh what I wanted, he made the deal happen. Thanh and Yan guided me in every way you can image. They gave me not only advice about packages, and answered all my questions, they helped me save money (which I know most people like that of course!). Shirley insured that I get approved and all the finances were done... I came to this wonderful dealership meet these wonderful people and got the car I always dreamed of having, all in three business days. I visited them on a Friday this May 2020, and received the lexus on Wednesday the next week! Guys, Girls, Gentleman, Ladies, and everyone, I could give you as much details as allowed by lexus on the wonderful unsurpassed deal I got, if you need proof. All I can say is that please, give yourself a chance to drop by to experience for yourself, what I have been and continue to be a part of. I am not just buying a vehicle I am making a long lasting friendship with wonderful people that truly care about yourself, and want to give you what you want and turning your desire and dream to own a lexus, a dream that becomes a fact. By the way I am happy to answer any questions if you want. In my honest opinion I would suggest to save time, and go straight to Tony Graham Lexus... If you want any help I know they will guide you. I cannot thank you enough Thanh, Yan, Shirley, Thomas, David, and Sheila.. In short (after reading this essay :) ] I would highly recommend Tony Graham Lexus! Visit them and see for yourself, go on the website and read about the beautiful people I mentioned here by name and those beautiful people I haven't. A truly memorable experience, a friendship that is delightful, and a bright light in Ottawa.

Aweosme cars and always great service from there mechanic staff members. Amazing cars aswell only needing regular maintenance oil, brakes, tires.
