Provincial Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Where do I start, if I was able to give no stars I would. Back in 2012 I went to provincial Chrysler and custom ordered a 2012 fiat. I wanted a red convertible standard with black and red seats. Put a deposit on the car. After 4 months of me calling to see if my car was in, finally in my last call it came in. But there is a problem. The car is a yellow convertible automatic with black seats. Fine after thinking yellow isn't that bad. Never did I get an apology or any type of consultation for their error. Then I get called that I'm do for an oil change ask the price and they say 39.99 for an oil change and I get my bill and its 79.99. I've been to the fiat dealer in Vaughan amazing service never had an issue. Today I have an appt for a piece of mind check up. Was told over the phone the price is 59.95 and that include the tire rotation and wheel alignment. Then I'm due for a break flush and that's 99.95. Ok so I have approx $160 bill plus tax. I bring my car to provincial Chrysler to be greeted with rude customer service who tells me that the total is going to be at least 300 plus dollars. Pretty sure that was not what I was quoted. And the guy continues to rant about the appointment centre calling ppl and how they are wrong and give out the wrong info I'm pretty sure that's not my problem. As I then ask him about a few problems with my car and he tells me that's not inspected I'm pretty sure I'm in for a 360 piece of mind check meaning you check my car for problems that are under warranty. (Is what I was told I needed to do before the warranty is up) he says oh well that could be over looked pardon? So you suppose to look over my car but may over look certain things, is this a sale tactic? You don't look at the things that break so you make money after warranty? Hmmmm. As the service guy continues to raise his voice and give me this attitude like I should have known better then to create more work for them. I ask for the service managers number as he scribbled something on a paper I can't even read and doesn't include the phone number, says he's away. I would rather drive 4 hours to have my car looked at in Vaughan then have my car serviced by provincial Chrysler!!

Wonderful place to buy a new car. Our salesman, Drew Soltes, greeted us in a friendly way as we came into the showroom. He answered all our questions, accompanied us to the car lot to show us the Dodge Darts in stock. Urged us to test drive the one my husband had his eye on. I must say.... my husband is known to be really 'tough' on sales people, but Drew handled all the barrage of questions with ease, humour and real friendliness! We were particular about colour, trim, price, trade in value for our old car and Drew met ALL of our needs. We did purchase a Dodge Dart SXT in passion red pearl and since it didn't come with blacktop trim option, and we wanted particularly, BLACK WHEELS, Drew arranged to have the wheels painted black for us. He met our needs and now we have a car that is truly custom for us! Also, I might add, my husband is not into computers /electronics, and was intimidated by the 8"screen on the dashboard. Drew took the time to show him all about it, therefore dispelling all fears. In a couple of years, we will most likely trade in our other car and Drew Soltes will be the first one we come to!
