Impeccable!

I had a slow leak in my front right tire for the 3rd time. Each time was covered by my warranty and they fixed it immediately. Service was great with a smile!

Rod was helpful and went above and beyond to help us. It gives us a great deal of satisfaction knowing we made the right decision buying a Honda from Palladino when we see service like this.

Oil change, brakes checked, tires checked, levels of other fluids. Took time to discuss tone that we have heard on a couple of times and can't attach it to any warning or action. We agreed to make notes for next visit.

the service provided was the tailgate handle was replaced. It was rusting and covered under warranty. The service when I arrived at Palladino Honda was impressive. The work was done in a timely fashion.

I had to bring my car in several times to have the A/C repaired and it still does not work as well as it used to. I have already replaced two major components in the A/C system and cannot afford to have any other major components replaced.

The salesman Jason and the financier Denis were highly communicative and obviously attentive to my individual needs as a buyer. Jason , on our first encounter painstakingly made known all the vehicles available within my price range ,also taking my gender into perspective. I wanted a car not a truck in other words. On his advice the following day, I decided ,earlier rather than later ,(ordinarily not my style lest I discount the future)to purchase a white 4-door sedan, 2010 Honda Civic, in incredible condition with a mere 2100 kms on the odometer which had come to his attention that morning at their weekly Tues. workshop to update their 'used car' list. After the test drive, there was no way I could change my mind. Jason introduced me to Denis who would take me through the financial protocol. Being a woman, spending that amount of money muted my thinking momentarily. Denis spelled out the advantages of including the two Honda packages, parts and weathering cosmetics , to the final sale. I agreed. All three of us, exchanged handshakes. The deal was done. Two days later, I arrived promptly at 11.15 a.m. to take ownership of my vehicle. Jason and Denis , without fail , were waiting to discharge me with much pomp and circumstance. Denis handed me "my ball and chain' of 6 years of repayments . I was committed. To quote Marshall Mac Luhan... "I am looking in my rearview miirror and driving into the future! " God speed!
