Cody the salesman was great....i wish the Hyundai dealership in Kitchener would have taken care of fixing the problems at their end as they were under warranty instead of having us running to Hyundai here to get it fixed....

I received top notch service and the sales agent was extremely accommodating. I had a family emergency and the sales staff were able to shift the time frame of the sale, speed up the paperwork and help. The sales agent even came in after his workday, adjusting family time to congratulate me on my purchase and wish me well.

I got an oil change and was grateful that the clerical staff member did not continue to pry when I declined additional maintenance recommendations for my car

I brought my car for periodic maintenance as suggested by the maintenance minder. Maintenance was done and the service personnel suggested that a wheel alignment was needed to correct to factory specifications, which I authorized. I had also asked that they try to clip back the rear bumper which had popped out; this could not be done but the end of the bumper was reattached. My car was returned to me in a reasonable time and I am completely satisfied with the service I received.

The day I was leaving on a 2-week East Coast holiday, I had to go into the service department to deal with a tire problem (tire indicator light was on). Turned out that my tire was badly punctured and needed to be replaced. Although this was unexpected, and therefore without prior appointment, the matter was dealt with promptly. Special thanks to Jason Carrier, the "exceptional" service manager and the service technician (I can't recall his name) who took the time to show me the puncture and explain my options.
