Convinced to buy extended warranty because it would cover power sliding doors. Something wrong with my door. Had to pay $70 dollars just for someone to look at door (even though was already there for servicing) just to be told that my expensive extra warranty ( never used) of course didn't cover it.

Every time I have needed something for my CRV, the folks in the parts dept have been very helpful.. A couple of times they came outside in winter to install the new wiper blades! Thanks!

With extensive work needed on my Accord, I was informed of what could be held off until the next service without compromising safety. 4 new tires were installed, an oil and filter change done, and replacement of windshield washer fluid cap. All done within a very reasonable amount of time.

Very friendly people at the desk...had to figure out why my trailer lights were not working and my trailer harness had to be extended to reach the plug ...fixed the first problem by replacing a fuse but did not attempt to lengthen the harness... I felt that that should have been told to me before the work order was signed ...
