It was a good experience until i drove the car out of the shop. Then you guys became the coldest, not so much caring people i have had to deal with. Especially with my brand new car having so much issues. But i liked my sale representative, really Professional and helpful

This is my third Honda Pilot. The service has always been courteous, efficient and respectful of my busy schedule. The quality of the vehicle speaks for itself but the staff makes the experience above and beyond what I've experienced elsewhere with other vehicles in the past. I can't imagine ever owning anything other than a Honda. Thank you!

I went to Palladino Honda with a friend that was buying a car and walked out owning one myself. Fantastic sales representative. Thank you Jayson Ball you're the greatest. I just love my new Honda.

I returned a week later to find out that my AC has another part to replace when it was never mentioned the week before. I was assessed under another customer for the first 2 hours there. This part was on recall the year before when I was still covered under warranty. Wrote to Honda, waiting for a response. Liliane Koskiniemi

The customer service has been by far the best. No matter which department I have dealt with,the employees have done their very best to service my vehicule to my satisfaction. I have nothing but positive comments when speaking about Palladino Honda.

The noise is ongoing when it was suppose to be eliminated. I paid for a service which was not received. It looks like a bandaid was placed on the bobo. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.
