Purchase of 2013 Equinox. I wanted to upgrade to a newer Equinox so I went to see Ben Roberts. Ben helped me find a 2013 model that suited my needs perfectly. Then Nicole, his assistant was very patient and helpful going through all of the technical information when I picked it up. I was very pleased with the service from both Ben and Nicole and enjoyed the whole experience of purchasing my new Equinox with them.........Thanks Ben & Nicole.

2014 Chevy Silverado (my first new truck) While the truck pretty much sells itself, the staff at SMP were very knowledgeable about their product. While this is our very first NEW truck, they were helpful in providing information to prove to us that now was the time to buy new. They understood our needs and did not try to sell us more then we needed. It was a fun and stress free experience for us. They shared personal experiences like they have known us for years (Stan I like my steaks medium rare). Kelly was great to work with and really work hard to get us a good deal. Plus came in on a day off the finalize the deal (showing his dedication to our happiness). Would like to see pics of his up coming fishing trip. Mike really worked to help us understand the financial side. This man has a strong background in the whole process (watch out Stan your job may be at risk here). He is currently restoring an old Apache, and loves to talk about it, as well as what else is going on in his life.

The WORST service department ever. Made an appointment, wasn't in their system. Now it is going to take 6 bloody hours for an oil change. Not the first problem I have had. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!
