Happy with our 2014 Malibu

Dan and his team helped us get into a 2014 Malibu after we lost our 2003 Malibu in an accident. They were very helpful and worked very hard to make everything go as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Brought my vehicles in and were done quickly. Spent $236.00 for dexos oil one air filter and tire rotations. Pricey and did not get a wash on either vehicle. Sometimes there are just not enough hours in a day. Thanks again Doug .

SMP Oil Change/Injector Purge a Success

Crystal at SMP is the awesome. We arranged for my truck to have work done on it early in the summer. On the day that the truck was to be in I was busy so she arranged for me to drop the truck off the evening before. My truck was ready before the allotted time on the day of the work. Crystal made sure that I was happy. She tried to arrange for a carwash even when she knew the carwash attendant was busy. I let her know not to worry about that because I was so happy to get my truck back so soon and with money saved due to a miscommunication on my part. She sent a shuttle car for me. The driver and I had a great conversation on the way to the shop. At the shop, Betty in payment was happy and welcoming. The whole experience led me to have a great day.

My last service appointment was excellent, the wait time to drop my car off was minimal. As soon as my car was ready Wayne called and sent the shuttle to pick me up. I was very impressed with the prompt service I received.
