JD was a pleasure to deal with. Very little pressure at all. I enjoyed buying our new VW there and would recommend to anyone. Only 4 stars because my car could have been delivered in better condition.

Not a fan of buying a car at the best of times but with everything going on particularly challenging. Bytek could not have made the experience any better. Great communication and ability to accommodate could not have made the process easier. Was not the only dealership I dealt with and they were far and away the best.

Just purchased my new Volkswagen... Buying a car during the COVID-19 outbreak has been an experience.. Our salesman Tim made it as seamless as possible while practicing social distancing.. Great Experience, Love my car!

Unqualified employees worked on my wife's car. Brought the car in for service and to adjust fender and bumber. They ended up damaging the fender and of course they denied it. Spent 250$ on service and ended up with a 1200$ repair bill. NEVER AGAIN

I have been a loyal Bytek customer for over 5 years. I had my Jetta TDI serviced there and purchased my 2018 Tiguan there as well. My experiences with sales, service and the body shop have always been outstanding. My review today is to express my appreciation for the stellar service provides by Rawad, the body shop manager. Rawad is extremely welcoming, making me feel valued. He made time for me and immediately addressed my queries. He is always courteous, friendly and maintains a very professional approach. It is staff like Rawad in the Boby Shop and Kelly in service, that keep me coming back as a loyal Bytek customer. I would always recommend Bytek to anyone bases not only on the VE product line but because of team members like these two.
