When having my vehicle serviced or winter tires put on, the staff at Toyota are incredibly friendly, efficient and accommodating. I work nearby and never have to wait for a ride to get to work while my vehicle is being worked on. In fact, If I'm busy at work, the vehicle is often dropped off to my work place, which is phenomenal. Whatever service I'm having done on my vehicle at Toyota is always a breeze. I highly recommend going to Toyota.

He was quite abrupt when he said they tried to call and was putting the blame on me for not replying. In this day and age you can google for phone numbers and I have been getting emails but no emails about airvags!

My experience of buying my very first brand new car and our second RAV4 went better than what I expected. I never thought it will be as easy and smooth as this one, thanks to Jovie and Darcy. You guys are awesome!

Knew what I wanted; salesman showed many upgrades so decided to spend more + very pleased I did. 2nd Highlander for me will likely never consider a different make. Salesman very helpful + efficient, there was a reason I asked to see him. In and out within 3 hours.

Was given complete run-down on the vehicle. She took the time to come with me and my wife on our first test-drive to explain all the instruments and tech. She took the time to give us different financing options and explained the benefits of each.
