Walked in to customer service. No one there. Rang the bell. No one came. Yup. Typical Murray service.

Had a service no. 3 today with new tire installation and I have to thank Jessica Jorgenson for a great customer service experience. As requested my rental car was ordered and I was able to complete the rental process and be on my way promptly. Jessica took the trouble to update me by phone on the progress of my service work and the vehicle was ready upon our return to the dealership. All in all a very good experience with Jessica and the Murray Hyundai staff. Thank you

My first oil change to my new kona, first time at murray drove into service bay Deborah met me was fantastic paid attention to detail answered my questions and even booked my next service. Thank you Deborah and the people that servicesd my vehicle. Wonderful experience!!!!
