The service was OK but I couldn't understand why a two year old car with full grantee needed brake rotor being machined. I didn't receive explanation of the cause.

Asked for low beam lights to be lifted on our new Honda Oddessey Touring. The service dept realizing that I lived 100 km south of Sudbury arranged a service time suitable for me with no problem. Service advisor Dan was welcoming, told me how long the wait would be, offered coffee and shuttle service, and completed the job 15 minutes under quoted time limit. That is why I keep coming back to Palladino Honda
