Absolutely loved purchasing my 2021 Seltos at Wheaton Kia. Cassie was super friendly and easy to deal with and got me exactly what I was looking for. And cant thank Susan enough for all the work she did for me in financing. Amazing down to earth people!

I'll be completely honest, part of my poor experience is my fault. 2 weeks ago I called in and ordered a new skid plate. Today I took it in to be replaced, paid $230, and then drove home. I get home and I see the damaged part is not the skid plate but the fender liner, I confirm on the work order that it says to replace the damaged part. My concern is that at NO POINT did anyone come to me and say 'Hey, it's not the skid plate, it's the fender liner, would you like us to order that part?'. Now they had to order the skid plate, I'm not sure if it's returnable or refundable, it's annoying, but that part is my fault. But why not talk to me about the issues I bring it in for? Why do I have to crawl under my car to confirm that you do your job? The damage is obvious. I've called and spoken to Trevor (Service Manager) and am awaiting his response, I will update this review upon hearing back from them. UPDATE: Heard back from Trevor, was a miscommunication between the tech and the advisor, the skid plate was damaged as well, parts are in stock, and they worked with me to get it back in same day, good ending to a not too terrible problem.
