Need to educate their staff on the law. I was there today to put a cash offer on a vehicle for just under the advertised price plus taxes. They tried to tack on a documentation fee on top of the advertised price of the vehicle which is against the drive away pricing law. The deal didn't go through as they wouldn't replace the worn tires on the car(which were cracking and had plugs in them) because they said they are above what they can legally sell a car with, but it put a bad taste in my mouth for when they tried to charge illegal fees. The man I dealt with was very friendly and easy to talk to but was possibly mislead on the fees.

We had a wonderful experience at Wheaton Kia with many thanks to Levar! After experiencing disappoint with another Regina car dealership & their service department, I was in the market for a brand new car with a great warranty. I gave my husband a list of Dealers we should check out and he went to Kia and was fortunate enough to meet with Levar. My husband immediately came to pick me up and said he had found the best sales gentleman ever and that I should come and speak with Levar. We took the Kia Forte for a test drive and Levar explained every feature to us. Within one hour I was buying the car. When you find the Best Salesman & the Best Car there is no reason to look any further! Thank-you Levar & Kris for going above and beyond.

This is the second brand new vehicle we have bought from Kia in the last year and my wife and I couldn't be happier. With the many visits to the dealership in the last several months, it is very apparent that the staff genuinely love their job, make customers their top priority, and in my opinion these guys rank the highest of any dealership I have ever dealt with in the past. Chris Gervais - our salesman - was nothing short of awesome; he took the time to go over all of the finer details, was patient, and he is a book of knowledge when it comes to KIA. There was nothing I asked that he couldn't answer on the spot. I have to give a shout out as well to Jeff Lorch, Brandon Friars, and Kris Willard as well. These gents only made the experience better when it came to ordering the vehicle, trading my truck in and doing the financing. You guys truly have gained a customer for life!
