Just bought 2020 Forte 5 Hachback, my sales Levar and my finance lady Susan are super friendly, professinal, knowledgeable and patient on their field, I just love the way they introduce the products, no push, clear explaination, which make me feel really comfortable. Really good deals on vehicle itself, so excellent experience on purchasing, thank you very much Levar and Susan.

The sale man levar rowe was excellent very helpful...I filled out a survey today and I was not happy with the service department unfortunately I threw levar under the bus along with them ..that was not my intention the only reason the survey was so negative was service department ..so as I'm waiting going on 6 hours I should not have filled out the survey when I was angry

John, the salesperson I talked to who was suggested to me by a friend, took my call on his day off. He answered my questions and gave me some tips, he also volunteered the information on incentives that were being offered. One of the reasons I went with Wheaton KIA is because of the focus on the customer’s experience in purchasing a vehicle from them. It wasn’t just about the initial purchase, but the customer service for the time I drive a KIA. Let’s just say, customer service is their forte :)
