Amazing experience

Chris Gervais did an amazing job finding me a 2018 Silverado and his customer service was above and beyond making this a wonderful experience in the purchase of this vehicle. Susan in the finance department went through everything and helped in making the payments attainable with all the extra insurance. Overall this was an awesome experience, I couldn’t be happier.

I was totally ignored by people in this place. The sales person closed the door of the car right in front of my face when I wanted to take a look inside. It was disrespectful and offensive. Don't think I'll visit this place ever again.

I recently purchased a 2022 Kia Seltos from Jonathan and the service was absolutely fantastic! Jonathan was very personable and got me into a vehicle that was perfect for me without the high pressure sales tactics. Susan the financial services manager was also a pleasure to deal with. She explained everything in detail and wanted me to feel comfortable before I signed my papers. Overall a great experience from start to finish. If you find yourself at Wheaton Kia I would highly recommend asking for Jonathan!

Staff was very friendly. Chris Gervais explained in great detail all the features of the vehicles we looked at. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Susan was also great to deal with on the financial side of things. Went through all the different options and helped us through the process. We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased. Good experience overall.
