I went here for service and they were very good. They were timely and to make the appointment was easy. From when I made the appointment to when I got it took less then 1 week and for the appointment I was briefed every step of the way. I went to Honda and purchased one because my previous brand and dealership was giving me an appointment 3 weeks away and as someone which does not know their schedule 3 weeks away made for trouble, so for my first experience here it was amazing!! Adding to my original post, the service here is great, I have not had any issues taking my car here, my score remains 5/5 stars.

Kara was pleasant and professional. Said it might be 2 hours but the car was ready sooner which was good. Vehicle was hard to find in the parking lot I'll try to remember to ask where it is parked next time. I have hearing aids but cannot triangulate sound direction when sounding the horn.
