I brought my CRV in for my winter tire change up. The service department staff are always knowledgeable and helpful when I ask questions. This time I dealt with Dan and he was great! thank you again:)

Customer service was excellent. Service was done in a timely matter and I was notified when to come pick up my vehicle. A huge shout out to Kara Wang she was amazing friendly and professional! Great job Palladino !

Hands down, best experience I've ever had buying a car. Which can be they more stressful thing to do. I have never felt more at ease then when I'm being pampered by Palladino Honda. Everything is 5 star from the staff at the front desk, to the service counter, to the Management team doing whatever it takes to ensure 100% satisfaction. I am a lifelong customer because of their hard work and dedication.
