Always had good experiences at OMS, oshawa and that’s the reason I always go back. I wish it didn’t cost money to go there to have professionals trained specifically on GM vehicles. I feel comfortable and confident my vehicle is in good hands when I go there. Piece of mind knowing that they will figure out whatever problem is wrong that caused me to bring it in. Knowing that is 1/2 the battle the other half is knowing that it is fix with the proper quality parts my vehicle requires to be safe to be back on the streets and it also deserves. There tools, training, knowledge and garage are busy constantly for a reason! You pay for what you get!! In this case it’s trained professionals working on a domestic vehicle that they are trained with the top of the line tools and computers and are familiar working on. Overall as long as I drive a GM vehicle that is where I will go to have it serviced and fixed. If I’m planning on buying a new GM vehicle that is with out a doubt also where I will go. Comfortable waiting areas, friendly staff and they offer a shuttle if it’s gonna be a while or you have other places you would rather be!! A++++ satisfied overall (sales, service, upkeep and cleanliness of the entire property)

Great experience! Shawn Irwin was an amazing sales representative. Got me what I want and needed. He was very easy to work with and very nice. I would for sure recommend anyone to see him if they’re interested in buying.

Went in to the pre owned vehicle and a very nice gentlemen named granville bailie helped us and he has been nothing but nice and helpful! We decided not to purchase the vehicle for personal reasons but he 100% understood our reasoning and still made us feel comfortable. If you stop by this dealer go see Granville his the guy to talk to and will make your experience great! Thank you again!
