Our new car buying experience @ Jackson's was perfect and enjoyable. Right from the very first visit when we met with Anthony (Sales Manager), Rohit (Sales Rep), Rick (Services), Courtney (Reception) we were made to feel appreciated as a potential customer. Once we decided on a new RAV4 & options, pricing & assessment of our trade-in was fair & reasonable. Having already done our own 'homework', an agreement to purchase was quickly concluded. During the wait for delivery period, Rohit kept in touch with us on many occasions to update us on the status of our RAV4's production process. On delivery of the new vehicle to the dealership, he sent us a video of our unit and set a date for us to pick-up. On our arrival, we were shown the vehicle, its features and its added options. Rohit then spent the time to do an initial set up for us and a tutorial of all of the main features of our new vehicle. We were on our way. At Jackson's, we felt important and they respected our time. We (+ our friends & family) will be back to Jackson's for our future Toyota purchases. Fred & Linda :)

Bought a new Corolla hybrid AWD

Matt Mitchell who sail me the car was great. The extra stuff we offered for the car was the disappointment we ordered chip guard for the hood as well as the roof. Roof wasn’t done still waiting for it to be done we paid cash for the car so we paid for the chip guard. Car had a scuff on front spoiler, stone chips on drivers side and black marks on the front side above wheel well. We picked up the car on Thursday September 21 and still waiting for these rings to be fixed. This is where I’m getting disappointed as a customer to purchase a brand new car with certain expectations and they are not met.

Service from sales person Lee Thrasher was impeccable. He was always keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and answered all questions in a timely manner. Some confusion with the financial manager and was unclear with how the down payment can be done. Other than that, received really good service!

I had a fantastic experience buying my Toyota CH-R here! Dave helped me and was a very easy going person to work with. He made me feel comfortable and I was happy to be treated so well! My first time buying a car was at a used car dealership, it was definitely a much better experience going through Jackson’s Toyota this time around. I love my car and I’m so happy I made a switch!
