Very Happy with my purchase

I am very happy with my purchase, the sales man was helpful and knowledgeable as was the sales manager. The car was ready for pick up when they promised and was cleaned with a full tank of gas and an oil change. As this is our second car we expect to get many years of dependable , reliable transportation..

I’d recommend everyone in need of a Toyota vehicle to buy it from Jackson’s Toyota. It’s a way better dealership than many others from my firsthand experience. I’d go a little further to suggest to talk to Eric, the product advisor. He was very professional, knowledgeable, transparent, helpful and comfortable to work with. I could be his longest waiting customer (likely due to the model, trim and colour I ordered and the things out of his control). Eric was very patient with me. His communication skills and monthly updates were greatly appreciated. The cool short pre-delivery walk-around video was a new and up-to-date car buying experience for me. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly. Thank you, Eric for your help! Thank you, the entire team, at Jackson’s Toyota.

Nothing but good things to say about sales rep Eric McCormack; He answered all my questions about the Tacoma and Tundra I drove and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy. I ended up buying the Tacoma.

My experience with Amir and the Toyota team was amazing. They were very accommodating and provided me with all the info I needed from purchase to pick up. I highly recommend their service and can gladly say I love my new Rav-4!

Great experience with the sales and finance team. No upselling, gave me exactly what I asked for and my car was delivered months ahead of time! If you're in the market I would definitely recommend checking them out.

From the moment we pulled onto the lot and weeks after we took possession of our new Tundra Justin stayed in touch and made sure we felt comfortable in the truck and understood the gadgets and how to maximize our use of them. Even the fiance department was great, tolerating all our calls and questions during that time Was a great experience and would definitely recommend going in to see Justin

I would never shop at this dealership again. I was locked in to a mandatory premium plan with my purchase even though I live three hours away. The distance between my residence and the dealership makes the mandatory premium plan infeasible. Dealership hours are unkind and not accommodating to shift workers. They would not accommodate me to pick up my Rav after hours or on Sunday’s. They told me I had to have the vehicle off the lot within two weeks or they would sell to somebody else. I felt back into a corner because I waited 6 months for this vehicle to be built. I am disappointed that you have to pay for automatic start Toyota via the phone. With my other vehicles, this has been included.
