I had an excellent experience purchasing my car, thanks to Matt. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. They took the time to answer all my questions, provided honest advice, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their patience and dedication—highly recommend Hyundai Bank Street and especially Matt if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

We had a wonderful experience working with Matt at Bank Street Hyundai. Matt set us up with an incredible car with great pricing and terms and will definitely working with him again for future car purchases. Also upon pickup, he spent multiple hours going through the car features with us. Overall, great salesperson and Hyundai representative.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Paul Clegg, Eli Nassrallah, the GM and the staff were extremely friendly and professional, the service I received was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help me find my perfect car. I had a fantastic experience, and am forever greatful! They are my new family! I am very happy with my 2025 Tucsan Hybrid 😁

Just received our new Hyundai Venue and it was the best experience buying this vehicle. Adam Abboud was great, Ali Hraybeh offered us a fair deal and Asher Younan handled all the paperwork and financing so it was a smooth hand over. Thank you all! Susan & Scott

Hugely disappointed with Bank Street Hyundai and Hyundai Canada. After a family member purchased a Veloster N, the red paint on the performance optioned brake calipers have started to flake off. Obviously a factory defect due to the car only being 2 years old. After not receiving a satisfactory response from the company, the manager tried to explain that most people will have to replace the brake calipers after 60000km or 3 years. As an automotive mechanic I have found most calipers will last the life of the car. With this type of misinformation given to customers, these response are ones that frustrates honest automotive technicians. And if indeed the brake calipers DO need to be replaced every 3 years on Hyundai vehicles. Maybe Hyundai would be a poor choice to spend your hard earned money on.
