Very knowledgable about the product and the new vehicle purchase experience. Let me go at my own pace no pressure tactics. Very accommodating with test drives and booking appointments. Very smooth experience overall.

Shuttle Service

I schedule an appointment for my recall of passenger airbag... for 9am. I also scheduled a shuttle service. The shuttle driver showed up at 928am... then nobody calls or anything he just shows up an hour later. Annoying. Ya know how to take reservations you just don't know how to hold the reservation. People come second over here. Wouldn't recommend again.

It was great having a mechanic that was knowledgeable on Acura's. And having that mechanic come out and explain, and satisfy myself on the slight differences on service intervals between Hondas and Acuras was great.

Over 3 hours for an oil change and tire change

The service manager was just full of useless excuses about how the online booking system was at fault. My car sat in the parking lot for over a half hour before it was even taken into the shop. No wonder people go to quick lube places for oil changes and not Honda. My last oil change at this location was 2 hours. Ridiculous horrible service
