Sales staff we're wonderful! Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly through the entire process. Love my new Honda! Purchased a used vehicle. Cam in perfect condition, new brakes, tank full. Haven't had a single issue.

The windshield problem that will not go away.

When I purchased the vehicle, I was not happy with the windshield and requested to have it replaced. Honda agreed to replace the windshield by an independant company. My husband and I had a very difficult time with this man. I addressed my issues to Jim and he called the gentleman. Finally we were able to get results but not to my satisfaction. So I came to you, to fix the problem my windshield, a trim. And I had to pay for it. I do not feel that I shoul dhave to pay for something that we orginally agreed that you would cover. You can tell by the spedometer that I rarely drive the vehice so it's not the wear and tear. It was the dodgy work by the independant man that you contract to do your work. WHY am I paying for both of your mistakes? Perhaps you see this in a different light and I welcome that perspective. But none the less, you have asked me my opinion, several times I might add, and here it is. ~Lori

Charged for something that should have been covered under warranty. Was told that it was my fault that water got into my whiper fluid line.. which isn’t true. So I paid 150 for nothing. N

Had an appointment drove an hour and the part was not ordered. Had to go back home. Was told they would mail the part to me and I could update myself. I am not impressed with the service.
