The entire team at Orangeville Honda were amazing. I purchase for a living and this team was great to work with from start to finish. Will be buying my next vehicle from them!

Poor communication between staff. Constantly explaining and repeating myself. Service seems lack lustre. The people are nice though. And I don’t understand why I can’t get a shuttle to my home - which is 13km away - because it’s technically “not in town.” When there are parts of Orangeville further away and they get a ride no questions. Would it not more sense to add in a km range as well? For instance: take the most distance arena of orangeville from the Honda, take those km and map a circle around the Honda location, and THAT should be the driving distance cutoff. Being 2km away from the line on a map that was drawn hundreds of years ago shouldn’t dictate if I can get a shuttle home when logic shows that my home is closer that half of the city of Orangeville is to the Honda. This seems like a rule based off of very old and lazy rationals. Cities and communities are growing and expanding and eveloving and you guys would benefit from expanding your reaches of customer service as well.

We had a concern with our billing, and wanted to speak with the service manager, who was busy on the phone. We left a message with the girl at the service desk, to tell him that we would be waiting in the sales area to speak with him. We waited about 30 minutes, and when we went back to look for him, we were told he left for the day. Customers should not be treated in such a disrespectful way.

Great experience, the shuttle drivers are extremely kind and friendly. The service desk is always happy and acomidating. The mechanics always give accurate information and double check before doing anything extra.

I don’t understand what this survey is in relation to, I got an oil at Orangeville Honda 6 weeks ago, and completed 2 other surveys at the time. you guys need to relax with the surveys it’s too much.
