Went in to inquire about with the possible purchase of a 2017 CRV and trade in 2 vehicles, one being a leased vehicle. Kim handled everything with ease and professionalism...from the initial meeting to my purchase and to when I picked up the new CRV and Kim spent a most appreciated time with me going over the new vehicle.

I purchased a Honda Accord Sport from Orangeville Honda back in August. The name of the associate that helped me was Todd. My whole experience was a positive one from the start. Todd was exceptionally patient and a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The turn around time to get my vehicle was also really quick which I appreciated and Todd kept me updated every step along the way. I would most definitely purchase from this dealership again.

Worked was completed in a timely matter and car was serviced as expected. I will be bringing my car back for future service. Your service counter person was very helpful and kept me informed of any extra work that needed to be completed. She was courteous and again, very helpful.

I had very poor experiences during my last 2 visits to Orangeville Honda. Last month, I booked the maintenance svc over the phone and received e-mail reminders about my appointment. I showed up at the time & date only to be told I don't have an appointment and they're full. Deja Vu?...previous appointment went exactly the same way. Girl behind the Svc counter said when calling the number I should ask to speak with Svc dept directly. But why?? No apology nor promise to address the issue with their internal communications. Since I was standing in front of her with an e-mail confirmation in my hand, she squeezed me into their already full schedule. The result was double the wait time for both visits. I had to move and cancel other to-do's on my agenda for the day. The last time i even sat in a coffee shop for an hour before the shuttle came to pick me up. Time is money, and I feel they took a lot from me.

WE have a pleasurable experience, all be it a long one when we bought the car. Have owned two other Civics making the choice to get another was a no brainer
