First he couldn't find my appointment booking, even though it was the SECOND time I had to bring the car in. Then told me I was adding things on so the appointment would take longer. I had already explained what the problem was when I made the original booking. Not my problem that service lost the original booking. Anyway he appeared to be very frazzled , even though it was the first appointment of the day.

I had service over a month ago, getting this review now, shows how disorganized the company is. Not to mention I've complained multiple times over the costs for tire calibration that wasn't disclose when purchasing tire. Never got a single response and yet they still wish to send me a Survey.

My experience while my car was being serviced was great. Greeted by friendly staff, they took into consideration my time line, and they addressed all issues. I love my Honda, and I love taking it to a place that is so well organized.
