The sales person spoke in an unprofessional way towards my husband. If i had not already paid for my vehicle i would of terminated the transaction. Communication breakdown.

Great, Great Service. I needed to buy a car but was putting it off because my past experiences dealing with car dealerships has been awful. I was truly amazed at how well I was treated at Orangeville Honda from the time I walked in to discuss buying a car to the time I was handed the keys.

They messed up my dash after fixing a recall

The dash pops up now but I didn't notice it for a bit so they won't take responsibility. They were supposed to just fix a recall on an airbag.module. Their service appointment booking phone line is automated and I waited way too long twice and got rudeness when I tried to book via a human.... Do you want to fix the safety recall on not? Just because I'm not dropping 20 grand doesn't mean I don't deserve customer service.

David treated us with respect. He also went through all the aspects of financing and what we would need to obtain the vehicle. Then he was very through about the features on the car we bought, so we felt confidant we would not have any problems with the options.

From the moment I entered the showroom I was treated with respect and the sales staff tried to find out what my needs were and then tried to help satisfy these needs.
