I purchased a used car. I noticed a strange noise coming from the engine. It turned out that the car needed a new engine. The good news was that I did get the engine, the bad part was that it took over a month to get the car and there was a severe lack of communication to keep me updated, and the delivery date kept getting moved later. I even asked for info on how to get a spare key made, since the car only came with one, and still have not heard back from the dealership. I have even talked to them twice since the request to check up on the progress, with no follow up call to me or a key. Also, the original deal was to include a set of winter tires, and I was surprised to pickup the car without them. I was told that the dealership lost money on the car and I wasn't going to get them.

We're very sorry you feel that way, Dan, as we feel we definitely went waaay above and beyond for you. When we inspected the $4,000 Civic you purchased, I noted some small noise in the engine, which isn't uncommon for a vehicle with over 250,000 kms, but wanting to ensure you had no problems, we actually replaced the entire engine at a cost of over $3600 for the engine alone. Because the car was delayed being delivered, we also secured you a rental car to use, which pushed our bill well above what you paid for the entire car.

I have owned several Honda motor vehicles over the years and am a long time customer at Orangeville Honda. The service crew are exceptional and I have always left as a satisfied customer.

I was advised that I required $1,200 in brake work on 2016 Honda accord. After taking my vehicle to a licensed mechanic,, I was advised that I was not provided accurate information from Honda (not all things they advised that required replacing were indeed necessary or required at that time). I paid $230 for the required brake service. Upon discussing this issue with other individuals who use Honda Orangeville, I heard similar stories. In fact, one person advised me to never have brake work done "there". Moving forward I do not feel confident that I am being advised correct information & will always ensure to seek an expert second opinion. This is unfortunate as I never had this type of issue in dealing with Hallmark Toyota for over 5 years.

Don't know if above message was intact. Problem is the Honda. 2 sets of brakes after 53.000km. is not acceptable to me. First brake difficulty was at 33,000km. My first Honda likely my last. Everything was explained to me but I"m not one bit satisfied.

I always receive excellent service at Orangeville Honda, however, I recently brought my car in for service on a Saturday and had stated when I booked the service that I would need car service to bring me home. When I brought my car in I was told there was no car service on Satuardays and that I would have to bring my car back another time. The person I dealt with was rude to me and acted annoyed with me as though I was an inconvenience to them. I was actually shocked because the service is always so great. This is not the usual service I receive, and when I brought my car back in the following week I was very happy with the experience. Orangeville Honda is great I will continue to go here and would recommend it to anyone. One experience does not outweigh the excellent service I am used to receiving.

Was not bored at all, and service was done in a reasonable amount of time. Any staff member that came past me ofeted me a beverage, which I thought was very nice. Them taking time out of their busy schedule to make me feel important, is greatly appreciated.
