Rusty lug nuts.

I expressed concern about the rusty lug nuts on the driver side front. Assured that I could return it for replacement. Tried to contact seller, with no response.

This past weekend, I had to have a set of rear brakes installed since they wore right out? We bought vehicle last October so wondered what the rear brakes were at? How can they go down to metal in 6 months? Can you mention to Jamie as he is the one we deal with at the dealership

I saw my vehicle online and called Orangeville Honda. Shane told me what he knew about the vehicle and we booked a test drive. Done. There was an issue with my financing but Shane and the rest of the crew were very accommodating. Thanks Shane. I love my vehicle. Orangeville Honda can't be beat.

Did not feel that my concerns regarding my new car were addressed seriously enough or looked into properly. I just received what seemed like a very standard response - somewhat like reading a cue card to address or explain my concern regarding the brakes grinding, lack of acceleration when required. Did not come away feeling confident that my concerns were looked into.

Staff were friendly and made the experience pleasant. My car was ready quickly and all jobs were completed. My car was only in to have some recalls done on it.
