I spoke with Michael Eanes about the features of the 2017 Honda HR-V on Tuesday, July 27, test drove a demonstrator and ultimately purchased a Deep Ocean Pearl LX model with AWD that day. I picked up the car on July 4 and am very pleased with it.

It was very great experience. I went to another locations as well before buying from Orange Ville Honda, but service provided by Michael Eanes was beyond compare. He explained everything and helped to take a right decision. Very Positive experience.

We needed two cars and Dave helped us to find just what we needed. One, my first brand new car! A Honda Civic that so far has been lovely to drive. The second car was for our son, a used Honda Accord Coupe ... he loves it. We came to pick up the new Honda and Dave had arranged for the Accord to be delivered to our home which was really great because we didn't have anyone available to come to the dealership. Right away we noticed a problem with the brakes and we brought the Honda back whereupon your service department fixed them up free of charge. Our experience has been a pleasure and we would recommend Honda Orangeville to anyone.

One of the best Honda dealers around. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable staff. No pressure enviroment. Everyone I dealt with made my recent purchase a very positive experience.

The service department is joke the customer is always wrong!!! No parts in stock had to go else where for a brakejob!!!

Gas door wouldn't open. Opened door, diagnosed problem and ordered parts. Replaced parts. Had to wait 20 days, parts were on back-order

I have had my 2016 Civic serviced 4 times at Orangeville Honda. 2 of those times were simple oil changes with no other services. Despite having booked an appointment online (where by the way the available appointment time slots were almost completely open for each day) I had a ridiculously long time to have those required services completed. At my most recent appointment after waiting 3.5hours, I asked the reception desk about the long wait and was told, "well we're down a technician today". This is the exactly the same excuse I got the 2 times prior as well. I get one day off work per week...I dont need to spend it waiting for my car to get an oil change. Crazy! I will not be taking my car back to Orangeville Honda.
