I cannot trust Orangevill Honda.

The dealership is inviting, the salesperson I dealt with is amazing, the process of buying the new vehicle was comfortable, from test drive to pickup, however the incidents after the purchase is still difficult to process. I delayed the pickup of the CRV by a day so that the plated that I had could be registered to the CRV, on pickup a new plate was registered and I had to do the switch on my time and at a cost. Supposed to get trunk liner and mats, no mats on pickup, trunk liner was in place,mat was promise at a later date, informed that it is now available. I think that the most disappointing incident was that the rust proofing and paint protection wasn't applied when, if i remember correctly, there was a checklist that indicated it was and i signed to that. I can assume that many vehicle are process for these services and that there are procedures to follow. clearly for my purchase these procedures were not followed. I did not experience the joy associated with a new car purchase and that is disappointing As mentioned before, Showroom display and Dave services is top rated. Improvement could be made to ensure that the final product on delivery exceed what Orangevill Honda promise and customer's expectations. At the end of the day I may still recommend Orangevill Honda because of Dave, he made a positive impression.

This is our 3rd vehicle from Orangeville Honda and we have had a very positive experience with each one. The staff are very good, especially Jamie who takes time to talk to us whenever we go to the dealership.

Have had my car serviced since new. Very efficient and friendly staff, also got snow tires and mag rims at an excellent price, I will also bring my sons car in to get new snow tires and rims.. Also want to mention all the drivers are very friendly when taking you back.

I appreciate Todd putting my needs before his own and helping me find a vehicle that made sense for my and my family, not whichever one would make him look the best to his coworkers and management team. He understood the changes I wanted to make and ensured that I had a solid understanding of everything that was happening and why. Sold me a car where sales agents promised couple of stuff upon pick up i was told it cant be done as they are running out of budget on that car. I ended up giving up on the car.
